Spreading a Meaningful Message Through Hiking?!

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is hosting the Hawaii Hike for Hope. You can sign up through their website (or by clicking HERE). 

By participating in the H4H, you can help save lives and raise awareness around suicide prevention.

All it takes is your registration. AFSP will send you a BINGO card for you to complete/fill out throughout the month of June. It consists of hikes: ANYWHERE and ANYTIME you want throughout the month! Once you’ve proven you’ve accomplished your BINGO, you will be entered to win a raffle prize.
