Can I custom order something?
Depends on what you’re looking for! If its a product we carry, we can custom order one specifically for you instead of waiting for our large shipments to come in.
See a brand you like? but we don’t have the product in store? We can assist on ordering one in for you. All custom orders are subject to prepayment based on the order request and will be informed prior to completion of request.
Please take note! Some products might not be able to be purchased by our team. This will be determined by the buying team prior to completing the order.
All these orders are fulfilled by our awesome buying team! Please reach out to them (contact page) or call our store for placing an order. LEKI Poles sliding?
Got new poles and suddenly they're sliding down when weight is placed on them? Double check that the screws on the locking mechanism are still tight! Since they are only hand taught anytime you are moving them around unlocked (Besides adjusting height) the screw can be knocked loose requiring it to be hand screwed again.

Any products have a lifetime warranty?
Multiple products have a lifetime warranty found at our stores! Some are considered limited lifetime warranty focusing on manufacturing defects and general wear and tear. Please double check each companies website as to how they classify their warranties. Looking for a specific brand? Do we assist with warranty filings?
We are unable to file warranty forms on behalf of the customer. Please reach out to the company themselves for filing warranty claims. See previous question for links to warranty pages. Mahalo!
