Return/Refund Policy: So long as you have not used the item and the item is in re-sellable condition, you may exchange or receive store credit within 20 calendar days of your purchase as listed on the receipt. All gift cards expire within 5 years of purchase date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If the product follows the above listed criteria and you wish to move forward with an exchange:

• For changing in sizing (such as shoes, shirts, towels) we can do a one to one exchange which will be processed through our system, which will generate a new receipt for the buyer

If there is any price difference between the products you wish to exchange, overage will need to be paid for once the process has begun. If the exchanged product is worth less then the initial product the remaining balance will be placed onto a gift card.
